Shipping

Our standard delivery time is 7–14 working days, including 1–3 days for processing and 3–8 days for shipping. You can track your parcel anytime via the “Track Your Order” page in our header menu. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.

Orders can be cancelled within24 hoursof purchase by emailing ourcustomer support team. After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled. In that case, you can return the item after receiving it in accordance with our return policy.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Please include the tracking number when shipping back the item. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

If you’re returning a product because it’s faulty or damaged, return shipping is free of charge.

However, if the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or preference, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

ECHANGE

We accept exchanges in specific cases, such as when the product you received is the incorrect size or is damaged. For further details and instructions on how to proceed with an exchange, please contact our customer support team.
